Toromont Cat is looking for a Digital Engagement Advisor based in the Maritimes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our customers, branches, and sales teams fully embrace and benefit from Toromont’s digital tools. You’ll champion digital adoption, deliver training, support onboarding, and ensure customers clearly understand the value, efficiency, and impact these tools bring to their operations.
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Identify customer opportunities, train users, support campaigns, and promote digital tools through events.
- Monitor new/dormant customers, assist MSRs with account setup, and guide onboarding during machine deliveries.
- Optimize platform usage — Expand customer usage, communicate digital value, clean data with Digital Operations, and join Field Engagement visits.
- Train internal teams — Educate MSRs, PSSRs, ISRs, PCAs, and leaders on tools, onboarding processes, and data sources.
- Track and improve metrics — Review digital performance, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with regional leaders on action plans.
- Enhance digital solutions — Gather customer feedback, support solution improvements, and participate in testing and validation.
Must-haves for this role:
- 3–5 years in digital/eCommerce with familiarity in mobile solutions, plus 2+ years in contact‑center or customer‑support roles considered an asset.
- Post secondary education in Information Technology/Marketing/General Business
- Bilingual French/English both written and oral (depending on assigned Region)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Clear and concise communications skills.
- Convincing, approachable communications skills.
- Strong inclination to roll-up sleeves and get things done.
- Structured approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
- Ability to identify critical path tasks and prioritize most relevant actions and deliverables.
