Join RBC as Senior Manager, Transformation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning strategic vision with actionable outcomes to drive meaningful impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead innovation through structured test & learns, risk-aware execution, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging Agile project management methodologies to ensure flexibility and rapid delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to deliver measurable results.
What will you do?
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives within Physical Network Delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Translate high-level business strategies into actionable roadmaps, breaking down complex objectives into executable steps.
Design and execute scoped test-and-learn (e.g., A/B tests, pilot programs) to validate hypotheses, optimize processes, and unlock growth opportunities.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, balancing innovation with compliance, operational stability, and stakeholder expectations.
Define KPIs and track performance metrics in collaboration with Data Analytics teams, ensuring outcomes are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize budgets for transformation initiatives, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Foster cross-functional partnerships with teams (e.g., Physical Network Delivery, Corporate Real Estate, Technology, Marketing, Operations) to align priorities, share insights, and drive adoption of test-driven methodologies.
Communicate data-backed insights to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and cultivating a culture of test & learn, agility, and continuous improvement.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
5+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, or operational leadership roles (e.g., growth, innovation, branch management, or operations).
Proven ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and act as a catalyst for innovation across programs, processes, and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and a bias for action.
Expertise in test-and-learn methodologies, including designing experiments, interpreting results, and iterating based on insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across diverse teams.
Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and understanding project management frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
Nice-to-have:
Direct experience with branch network operations or supporting branch-related initiatives.
Familiarity with financial services or large-scale organizational transformation projects.
Certificate in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
