Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a passion for the automotive industry. Duties
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and order processing.
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in cashiering duties as needed, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure the correct parts are available for repairs.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track parts usage and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in order fulfillment and inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering duties is beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
