Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and order processing.
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in cashiering duties as needed, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure the correct parts are available for repairs.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track parts usage and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in order fulfillment and inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering duties is beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
