Proficiency Requirements:
· Drywall, including board, float, finish, and texture
· Finish carpentry
· Paint
· Cabinetry installation
· Minor electrical

What We Trust You With:
· Lead, coordinate, and control assignments
· Accountability for daily progress reports throughout the course of projects, and must advise on any adjustments for scheduling as required
· Ensuring that proper protocols are implemented
· Prepare and follow project scopes, accurately and efficiently
· Communicate effectively to lay out accurate project timelines
· Professional interaction with clients and coworkers
Requirements:
· Must have own tools
· Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50lb
· Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience within construction, drywall, and finish carpentry
· Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving and attention to detail
· Able to work with and lead a team
· Safe operation of company vehicles
· Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance
· Valid driver’s license, a clean driver abstract, and a no criminal record
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Specifics
Start date – Two weeks
Full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
$35 to $40 per hour, commensurate with ability
