We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team at a fast-paced Vietnamese restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards

Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies

Assist with prep work including cutting vegetables, preparing proteins, sauces, broths, and garnishes

Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently during busy service periods

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock items

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is an asset but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
