Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to build and grow our presence across Ontario.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on generating new business, running demos, and closing deals with dealers, contractors, landscapers, and rental companies.
Compensation Structure
- Monthly salary
- Commission per unit sold (high earning potential)
- Volume-based performance bonuses available to earn monthly
- No cap on earnings
On-target earnings: $150,000+
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers across Ontario
- Identify and develop dealer and rental partnerships
- Sell directly to contractors, landscapers, and rental companies
- Conduct on-site demos and product presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals and negotiate within company guidelines
- Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of outside sales experience (equipment, construction, or related industry preferred)
- Existing relationships within dealers, contractors, landscaping, or rental markets is a strong asset
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
