TASProvider is a growing IT service provider dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations. We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients with accurate financial management.
Position Overview
This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working closely with a team. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who can manage day-to-day accounting duties, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy across our bookkeeping systems. The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and able to think critically to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
- Maintain accurate and organised bookkeeping files
- Communicate with clients regarding financial queries
- Work within accounting software such as QuickBooks Online(experience with WHMCS highly preferred)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of Canadian accounting standards
- Experience with WHMCS (preferred) and QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping (preferred but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
