Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages to guests.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service in a high-volume setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area.
- Accurately handle POS transactions and cash handling.
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking of supplies.
- Support the broader Hospitality team as needed and contribute to a team-first culture.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and uphold Frind Estate Winery’s service standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Previous barista or café experience preferred.
- Hospitality background is an asset.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity using POS systems.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be of legal age to work in a licensed establishment.
- Serving It Right certification required.
- Minimum 19+ years of age (legal drinking age)
- Must possess reliable transportation to and from the Winery.
