About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter in our Light Industrial division to work directly at our client’s location in Brantford, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and supporting a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and assess candidates aligned with client staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer presentation.
- Coordinate on-site interviews and assist with onboarding processes.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using ATS systems and job boards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local labor market in Brantford and surrounding areas.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation (for occasional travel).
