Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting for a Summer Student from June to August to support the Hamilton, ON office. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our passionate Cambridge team.
Welcoming patients warmly upon arrival, managing the waiting area, and ensuring a positive first impression.
Answering incoming calls, addressing general inquiries, triaging patient needs, and scheduling appointments.
Resupply & Continuity Program Fulfillment
Accurately documenting all patient interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Updating patient demographic information, insurance details, and compliance data.
Handling incoming mail, scanning medical documents, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized clinic environment.
Current enrollment in a Post-Secondary institution
Computer proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good interpersonal and communication skills
