Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7:30 AM
- No weekend work
- Local routes – home daily
- Wage: Starting at $21.50/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to local businesses and residential customers
- Perform safe loading/unloading using pallet jack or tailgate
- Ensure freight is handled properly to avoid damage
- Complete daily paperwork and/or scanning requirements
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR)
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues
Requirements
- Valid DZ driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Previous LTL or delivery experience considered an asset
- Ability to handle physically active work
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Safety-focused mindset
