What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with efficiency and accuracy
- Inspect and test vehicle systems/components using advanced diagnostic tools
- Identify, isolate, and repair issues across all major vehicle systems
- Review work orders, communicate with supervisors, and ensure repair quality
- Road test vehicles and verify repairs meet safety and performance standards
- Champion safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with senior Journeyman Technicians for mentorship and training (Apprentices)
What You Bring
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification OR enrollment as a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ford-certified or Ford experience is considered an assist
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role (lifting, standing, equipment use)
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
