V.I.L. Landscaping is hiring a High-End Residential Maintenance Foreman to lead premium weekly maintenance crews on some of the cleanest, most detail-driven properties in the area.
This is not basic lawn care.

Our expectation is that the right person can grow into a Maintenance Division Management role within ~3 years, helping oversee people, standards, systems, and performance across multiple crews.

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Phase 1 – Foreman)
- Leading a high-end residential maintenance crew
- Executing elite mowing, trimming, edging, and bed care
- Ensuring consistent quality across every property, every visit
- Training crew members on standards, speed, and professionalism
- Managing daily routes, time, and site presentation
- Owning quality control — details matter here
- Representing V.I.L. Landscaping professionally with clients
Growth Path (Very Important)Phase 1 – Maintenance Foreman
You run a tight crew and deliver elite results consistently.
Focus:
Execution, leadership on site, quality control, crew development
Phase 2 – Senior Foreman / Area Lead
You begin supporting multiple crews and higher-level planning.
Focus:
Mentorship, efficiency, problem-solving, standard enforcement
Phase 3 – Maintenance Division Leader (3-Year Target)
You help manage:
- Multiple crews
- Standards and training
- Scheduling and performance
- Team development and accountability
Focus:
Leadership, systems, people, and long-term growth
