Senior Therapist Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Therapist Assistant to provide essential clinical and administrative support to our Registered Behavior Analysts R.B.A. (Ont.). The chosen candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and receive direct oversight from a Registered Behavior Analyst or a Clinical Psychologist. This role includes the opportunity for supervision of BCBA qualifying hours for eligible candidates.
Hourly Wage: $25.64 - $28.21
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Contract Length: 12 months

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection, review, and analysis of ABC data; graph student progress using percentage, duration, and frequency.
- Assist the clinical team with graphing, updating program pages, document student progress and analyze daily data.
- Assist the R.B.A. (Ont.) to maintain and update student Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide support to students exhibiting challenging behaviors and offer essential support to school staff as needed.
- Support student programming by preparing necessary clinical materials.
- Assist in student assessments and screenings as required.
- Fulfill administrative and clerical duties for the clinical team as assigned.
- Participate in clinical team meetings, if needed.
- Ensure continuous adherence to all school policies and clinical regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a related field (e.g., ABA, Behaviour Science, Psychology, Special Education, or Autism).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in an ABA setting, specifically with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related diagnoses.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for data graphing.
- Clearance: A valid Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory.
- Insurance: Mandatory for contractors to have professional liability insurance with a minimum 2 million dollar coverage.
- Other: Willingness to learn additional clinical programs as needed for implementation.
Pay: $25.64-$28.61 per hour
