GT Legacy is seeking a motivated and results-driven TELUS Field Manager to lead, develop, and coach a high-performing field sales team representing TELUS.

As a Field Manager, you'll play a key role in developing new representatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring your team consistently achieves sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives.
- Conduct field audits and complete coaching reports.
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques through in-field coaching.
- Train and support newly onboarded representatives during their first shifts.
- Build strong relationships with new team members to improve engagement and retention.
- Create weekly schedules and coordinate staffing requirements.
- Confirm daily shifts and manage attendance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results, including:
- Door Knocks
- Sales Yield
- Sales Per Day (SPD)
- New Activations (NADDs)
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Provide daily updates on team performance, challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, scorecards, and performance trackers.
- Assist with performance improvement plans and coaching documentation.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with ownership to review team performance and business objectives.
- Perform additional leadership duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in door-to-door, direct sales, or telecommunications sales.
- Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for developing people.
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
Compensation
We offer a competitive performance-based compensation package that rewards both personal production and team success, including:
- Bi-weekly leadership bonus: $1,000 ($100 per working day)
- Personal sales commission: Earn commission based on your own Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Team override commission: 7% of reconciled team profit
- Performance-based earnings with significant growth potential
Compensation is reconciled bi-weekly based on confirmed installations, activations, and actual shifts worked.
