Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models, specializing in Ford vehicles
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments to service advisors and customers
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical diagnostics
Utilize diagnostic tools and technical resources to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively
Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license
Previous experience in a dealership environment is considered an asset
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
Familiarity with Ford vehicles and diagnostic software is an advantage but not required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and uphold a positive workplace culture
