We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at CFS - Clarence Farm Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service and promoting our diverse range of products.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products to effectively assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize merchandise displays to optimize the shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
