What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll start by training alongside an experienced technician before running your own truck route.
Typical days include:
- Cleaning furnace and duct systems • Driving a company Mercedes Sprinter van to job sites • Educating homeowners about indoor air quality • Using a company iPhone/iPad to invoice customers • Solving problems and thinking on your feet • Delivering a “WOW” customer experience
Some days you’ll work with a teammate. Some days you’ll run jobs independently.
Either way, you’ll be trusted to own the outcome.
What You Can Earn
Most technicians earn:
$50,000 – $80,000+ per year
Compensation includes:
- Hourly wage during training • Performance bonus program • Profit sharing opportunities • Overtime opportunities
There is no cap on what high performers can earn.
But again — this isn’t automatic.
Some people read that number and think “easy money.”

Requirements
To qualify you must:
- Have a valid driver’s license • Have a clean driving record • Pass a criminal background check • Be comfortable with physical work • Be able to work independently
