Responsibilities:

As an Information Security Consultant within the Enhancements, Compliance & Reporting team, you will support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes and drive automation and analytics initiatives. You will design and implement solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, and cloud platforms.

You will investigate operational issues, support compliance and audit activities, deliver reporting and insights for risk management, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve IAM processes and controls
Must Have Requirement:
-
Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and controls
-
Experience in information security / IAM / governance
-
Experience with IGA solutions and cloud-based access controls
-
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with:
-
Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx
-
Tableau / Power BI
-
SQL / databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SAS)
-
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality work
-
Strong experience optimizing IGA processes and supporting regulatory alignment.
-
Skilled in developing analytics dashboards for risk and compliance reporting.
-
Effective at investigating operational issues and providing independent compliance and risk recommendations.
-
Experienced in maintaining audit-ready documentation and coordinating audit responses.
-
Supported compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX), contributing to successful audits with minimal findings.

Hands-on support for SOC 2 and NIST audit exercises; prepares governance documents, process documentation, and ticketing evidence for auditors.

Understands importance of audit-ready documentation, regular review cycles, and secure storage (SharePoint, access controls).

Competent in building and managing risk registers and compliance dashboards (Tableau / PowerBI).

Automated KPI and Data Quality monitoring workflows using Power Automate and Excel VBA, analyzing trends and surfacing access anomalies in near real-time to improve governance oversight and reporting reliability.
Nice to Have:

Experience with SailPoint, Workday, or ServiceNow

Experience with infrastructure access controls

Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma)

Strong automation and continuous improvement mindset
