Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth in Southern Alberta and the Kootenays by servicing clients and developing business with dealers, contractors, and builders.
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to support the territory by meeting with existing accounts, creating a trusting environment, and achieving growth objectives.
- Exchange information on various updates and new product developments.
- Regularly contact clients via phone and email. Visit rotation depends on sales strategies, customer needs, and/or sales volume.
- Establish new client accounts, recommending displays and ceramic sample boards tailored to client needs and aligned with company vision.
- Install Ceratec displays in the best available space in the client’s showroom according to their needs, and price each board at the suggested retail price.
- Develop, maintain, and improve business relationships with customers in order to support business growth through open communication.
- Build strong relationships with Architectural and Designer professionals by strategically positioning Ceratec’s boards and value-added offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service as a Field Representative.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or floor coverings is an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma ideally related to sales or marketing.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar), and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s licence.

*The salary range ($70,000 - $90,000) includes base plus commissions.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
