Duties
- Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to children and youth in your home
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment that promotes well-being and stability
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other professionals to ensure proper support and services are delivered
- Monitor children’s progress, behavior, and health, reporting any concerns promptly to relevant authorities
- Facilitate educational activities, recreational outings, and life skills development opportunities
- Uphold all licensing requirements and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Experience
- Prior supervising or caregiving experience is highly desirable; experience working with children or vulnerable populations is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, professionals, and community members
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement
- Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of children and the responsibilities of the role
- Experience working with youth with developmental disabilities

Pay: $1,500.00-$5,938.27 per month
