Green Acres Foundation is seeking a dynamic multi-tasker, with a positive attitude, and superior clerical skills, to provide administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate should be focused, driven, and have above average clerical skills. We are also looking for someone who excels at policy and procedure compliance, is a skilled researcher, and is a master communicator in both written and oral.

What you will do:

Draft and prepare documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Answer inquiries in person and on the telephone.

Complete reports.
-
Data entry.
-
Assist in completion of Foundation initiatives as directed.

Relief coverage for Administrative Assistant positions in Administration office.

Other duties as required.
What will be required for the position:
-
Attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data.

Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma/certificate in Business Administration an asset.

Minimum 3 years' related office administration experience with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.

Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
