Job Description:
**Position Requirement: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to coordinate tasks with team members, interact with English-speaking customers, and coordination of tasks where a common language is essential for safety.
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented STR Cleaner to join our team. As a STR Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our rental properties are impeccably clean and welcoming for incoming guests. In addition to the STR cleans, additional tasks may include but not be limited to regular residential cleans, office cleans or move in/move out cleans.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options from 12 to 36 hours per week. There is ample opportunity for full time work for the right person.

Responsibilities:
-Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to established standards for each rental property.
-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
-Change linens and make beds to hotel standards.
-Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces.
-Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
-Communicate any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager promptly.
-Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred, but not required.
-Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet turnaround times.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
-Availability to work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on flexible days.
-Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
-Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well independently.
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
