The successful candidate will possess a 1-year Community College degree, preferably in business administration or secretarial science, combined with at least 1-2 years of administrative support experience. You possess highly developed interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. You must be well organized, detailed oriented and have familiarity interacting with clients with substance use and mental health issues. You are able to learn new software platforms, and proficient in the following software packages: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You are proficient at multi-tasking, and changing priorities based on program needs. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and will also enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced, team environment. The ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds is required. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset. This position is located at 250 College Street.

Salary Range: $26.80 - $33.05 per hour
