What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize to keep lawns healthy and looking their best
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and lots using shovels, blowers, and plows
- Handle seasonal work: spring cleanup, aerating, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, and fall prep
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees as jobs call for it
- Travel between scheduled properties in your assigned service area
- Keep the dispatch team updated on job status and any site issues
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all conditions, including early winter mornings, and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Safe, confident operation of power tools and landscaping equipment
- Punctual and dependable — able to run a route with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and genuine respect for customers' property
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and job updates
Nice to have (not required — we'll train the right person)
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or snow removal experience
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, or soil conditioning
- Experience operating heavier machinery such as skid steers or excavators
- Construction or site prep background
