We are currently looking to hire full time permanent paint preppers to help our painters transform your community! Our preppers assist and are trained by our Project Managers in order to transform the interior and exterior of homes, offices and all workplaces! At Gateway we always promote from within, so becoming a prepper is the first step to a career as a painter, lead hand, Project Manager, sales rep and more!
What are we looking for? At Gateway Painting attitude is everything! We train and develop everyone internally to ensure every customer receives the same level of quality no matter who enters their home. That’s why a positive attitude and desire to learn are the most important traits we are looking for. While previous experience can be considered an asset, it is not necessary to apply. Gateway prides itself on its systems and training program, so applicants with painting experience must be open to learning and developing! Applicants without experience must have a drive to succeed and be able to learn quickly. All applicants must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle to be considered.
