Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Perform installation tasks such as soffit, fascia, eavestrough, capping and caulking, siding, and other various tasks as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform some interior renovation tasks according to specifications, during winter months.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the renovation process.
- Communicate progress and any issues to project manager.
Skills
- Proficiency in aluminum work - soffit, fascia, eaves trough, and capping installation.
- Proficiency in cladding work - siding and steel installation.
- Strong understanding of construction practices.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
