In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers and equipment efficiently across designated routes. Pay rate
$30 per hour + Gratuities
Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Drive wedding guests to and from
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle condition reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members using clear, professional language
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for riders
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification required; experience in commercial driving preferred
- Class1 - 4 license required
- "S" License an asset
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and addressing passenger needs
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures to identify potential vehicle issues early
- Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately while maintaining safety standards
