Join our growing virtual healthcare team! We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care support to Newfoundland and a minimum of one other province – all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
· Longitudinal primary care
· Preventive health management
· Chronic disease support
· Follow-up care
· Relationship-building with patients
· Care coordination across providers/services
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed NP to support Newfoundland & Labrador + any of: Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan.
- Experience in primary care
- Beyond comfortable with virtual care platforms and EMRs - Think Technology Savvy
- Strong communicator, independent, and patient-focused.
- Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare
