Overview
We’re seeking a new and enthused educator to join our team! If you love working with tiny humans and you’re an ECE, SNE, or ITE - this may be for you! We’re a group of 35 progressive and accepting team members who are so excited to welcome a new educator to the family. (Posted wage includes w/e)
This role involves working closely with infants, toddlers, and children aged 3-5; some with a beautiful set of diverse abilities, all while being part of a well-supported community. We’re overstaffed every day, so you don’t burn out. The owners of the company fully fund the program, you won’t be buying art supplies, we don’t need you to chip in… just come here and be your engaged and amazing educator self, we’ll handle the rest.
The ideal new member of the COTI fam will have strong communication skills, at least 6 months classroom experience - but a few quality practicums with supporting references could count too. We feature athletic programs, language programs, and many extra curriculars, you’ll be part of an industry leading program that is unlike any other program out there. We even have a full gym with a climbing wall, and a 10,000 sq ft play yard.
This is a unique opportunity to join a daycare housed in a facility like nothing you’ve ever seen. Our centre is in a 20,000 sq facility on the beautiful and sunny south side of Bear Mountain. There’s a reason most of our staff have worked with us for over 7 years, this is the place to be, to learn, to teach, and to feel valued!
