About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Manager of Operations to help oversee the successful execution of advertising campaigns and partner relationships across Canada.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, improving processes, building strong relationships, and helping teams succeed. You'll work closely with leadership, clients, venue partners, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in supporting growth while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
What You'll DoOperations Leadership
- Support weekly operations meetings and project reviews
- Assist in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused team culture
- Coordinate priorities and ensure project deadlines are met
Partner & Venue Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recreation facility partners
- Negotiate and manage venue agreements
- Maintain agreement templates and operational documentation
- Identify and develop new venue partnerships in strategic markets
- Act as a trusted point of contact for partner facilities
Campaign Execution
- Manage campaigns throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with campaign planning, venue placement, and scheduling
- Coordinate production timelines and shipping logistics
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and campaign documentation
- Negotiate and finalize media agreements
- Support the Sales team with campaign-related questions and execution needs
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, campaign management, account management, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with contracts, agreements, vendors, or external partners
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using CRM or project management software (Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work
Preferred
- Experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, media, or marketing
- Familiarity with print production and logistics coordination
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with recreation, sports, or community facility partners
