Summary
<p>Join The Landscape Artist as a Landscape Labourer. In this role, you will contribute to transforming outdoor spaces with your hands-on skills and dedication, supporting our mission to craft exceptional landscapes for our valued clients. This position is based in and around Calgary and offers an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy working outdoors
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with the installation of landscape features including decks, patios, retaining walls, water features, and lighting.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain equipment such as power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Perform gardening, planting, watering, and general landscape maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Support team members in excavation and other construction activities.</li>
<li>Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</li>
<li>Contribute to the overall quality and aesthetic of landscape projects.</li>
<li>Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet client expectations.</li>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery is an asset.</li>
<li>Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Strong physical stamina and attention to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and transportation is necessary for traveling between sites.</li>
<li>A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills on the job.</li>
