We’re hiring an Assistant Team Lead to support store operations, drive sales, and assist in leading a small team in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
Key Duties:
- Support daily store operations, including sales, receiving, safety, and merchandising.
- Assist the Team Lead in training, coaching, and motivating a team of 5–10 members.
- Help deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
- Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily paperwork.
- Reinforce expectations and help ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail experience; leadership or key holder experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability — evenings and weekends required.
- Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in coolers/freezers.
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
