Overview
Lugaro is the leading diamond jewellery manufacturer & retailer in Western Canada. We are home to one of the largest selections of Rolex watches, plus an extensive selection of other fine watches including Cartier, IWC, Tudor, and a proud partner of De Beers.
We are seeking a highly motivated luxury watch sales associate with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clientele to join our dynamic team in our downtown Victoria location.

Duties
- Engage with clients through personalized consultations to understand their luxury needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new high-net-worth customers through outside sales efforts
- Conduct high-end sales transactions with professionalism, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maximizing value for both the client and the company
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting new collections, events, and exclusive offers to clients
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing brand visibility
- Provide bilingual support to serve our diverse clientele effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in high-end retail sales or luxury goods industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Swiss watch brands an asset
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients
- Multilingual abilities is an asset, fluent in English
- Familiarity with sales management tools, marketing strategies, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is beneficial
- Prior experience supporting customer service initiatives within a luxury or retail environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and basic computer skills
- Able to work flexible hours
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
