Jetstream Personnel Consulting is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Parts & Inventory Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established industrial company serving the oil and gas industry. As the Parts & Inventory Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the right parts are available when needed to keep production moving efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and support the daily operations of the Parts & Inventory team.
- Delegate warehouse tasks including picking, material movement, inventory control, and facility organization.
- Train team members on inventory processes, ERP systems, warehouse procedures, and safe work practices.
- Oversee the kitting process for engine rebuilds and fabrication projects, ensuring all required components are complete and delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with production and management teams to prioritize material requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, reconcile receiving errors, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts, quality assurance checks, and inventory audits.
- Manage high-value core returns and vendor credit programs.
- Optimize warehouse organization and storage layouts to improve efficiency.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with Alberta Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of industrial warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of inventory flow, production documentation, and project costing.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Full-time, on-site position in an active industrial shop and warehouse.
- Exposure to noise, dust, moving equipment, and manufacturing environments.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.
- PPE is required, including steel-toed boots, gloves, hard hat, and safety glasses.
