Gurna Logistics Inc. is looking for class 1 drivers to fill our long-haul driver positions for Intra-Canada runs. Main lanes are AB, BC, SK and MB. Occasionally to QC, ON, YT & NWT.
Credentials:
· Class 1 Driver's license
· Clean Driver’s abstract
Skills Required:
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs
· Speak Basic English
· High school Certificate
· Good knowledge of electronic log books, inspection reports and Bill of ladings
· Punctual, and takes pride in being first in line to load and unload
Job Duties
Load and unload goods, Ensuring safety and security of cargo, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption, Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection
