Job Summary:
Brad’s Lawn Care Ltd. is looking for reliable and experienced Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate snow removal equipment to keep commercial and residential properties clear and safe during the winter season. (Ask about our SEASON BONUS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow removal equipment such as loaders, tractors, skid steers, or plow trucks.
- Clear snow and apply salt/sand to parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
- Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events—available for on-call, early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts as required.
- Work safely and efficiently in challenging winter conditions.
- Communicate with dispatch and team members regarding site completion and any issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating snow removal equipment (required).
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours during weather events.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
