We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Care Coordinator to join our team!
CN Physiotherapy is a fast-growing Ottawa based physiotherapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient centered care with friendly and compassionate team members.
Our clinic is in a busy medical building, so we see a lot of traffic from doctors’ offices, labs, and pharmacies. Since we have a good relationship with doctors in the building, we’ll often get referrals coming through our doors. As a busy, growing clinic you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us!
Responsibilities
- Provide patients with excellent customer service
- Take phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain email, fax, and mail communications
- Collect payments and send invoices
- Support social media initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills are a necessity
- Must be able to work independently
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Preferred but NOT Required
- Prior work in healthcare setting e.g., medical office
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
