Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Tire/Automotive Mechanics Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with their tire and mechanical needs, recommend suitable products and services, book appointments, resolve customer complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry through purchase.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service in person, by email and by phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tires, wheels, and mechanical services.
- Explain tire options, sizes, brands, features, warranties, and pricing clearly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotes and pending sales.
- Schedule tire installations, rotations, repairs, and other mechanical services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of current tire products, promotions, inventory, and pricing.

Requirements
- Previous customer service, mechanics, or tire sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
