Calibre Caulking Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Caulking Technician to join our team. This role involves sealing joints, seams, and gaps in various structures and surfaces to ensure proper insulation, water resistance, and a high-quality finish. Training will be provided. Work will include both interior and exterior caulking on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Typical tasks include preparing surfaces, applying caulking materials, finishing joints neatly, and cleaning up work areas.
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to delivering quality results on every job. A valid driver’s license is required, as the position involves travel to job sites throughout Fergus and the surrounding communities.
This is a full-time position offering steady work and room for wage growth based on skill development and performance.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
