Position Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Carrefour Laval team. In this role, you’ll assist customers in discovering their perfect timepiece from our diverse collection. Your enthusiasm for fashion and keen eye for detail will be essential in delivering a memorable shopping experience and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Support:
- Greet and assist clients while creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Meet or surpass sales goals by offering tailored recommendations and watch expertise.
- Keep up-to-date with current collections and ensure displays are clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
Store Operations:
- Handle customer purchases and returns with accuracy.
- Contribute to the visual setup of the store and help keep merchandise organized and accessible.
Team Contribution:
- Collaborate with coworkers to support promotions, campaigns, and in-store events.
- Help align the in-store shopping experience with online and social media branding.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
- At least 1 year working in a customer-facing retail setting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable handling transactions with accuracy and confidence.
- A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
- Familiarity with upselling or cross-selling strategies.
- A genuine interest in watches and style trends is highly valued.
Schedule
We offer flexible shifts that follow the Carrefour Laval mall hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
