Job Overview
We are seeking vigilant and professional Night Club Security personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining order, preventing disturbances, and safeguarding guests and staff during nighttime operations. This role requires a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checks of guests' identification and enforce age restrictions in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain a visible presence at entry points and throughout the venue to deter inappropriate behavior.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disputes, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.
- Enforce club policies regarding conduct, alcohol consumption, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Document incidents accurately in reports for record-keeping and future reference.
- Conduct loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or security is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to de-escalate conflicts professionally.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations discreetly.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond swiftly when needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid security license if applicable in your jurisdiction.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
