Qualifications:
✔ Extensive asphalt paving experience required
✔ Skilled in asphalt raking, grading, and finishing
✔ Experience with compaction and roller operations
✔ Ability to read grades and maintain proper elevations
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔ Valid driver's license preferred
✔ Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of asphalt paving and repairs
- Operate paving and compaction equipment as required
- Assist with site preparation and final finishing
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe and professional job site
