Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, pregnancy, and sports massage techniques
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals and expectations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports. Help with benefit redemption online and checkout.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with Alberta licensing requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with Alberta regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times

Pay: $64.00-$65.00 per hour
