Responsibilities:
Concrete
- Assist with setup and preparation of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality final product
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
General laborer/Machine operator
- Mechanical knowledge and experience working with machinery and tools as needed
Overall Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Respect and maintenance of all equipment and job sites
Experience:
- Previous experience working with concrete is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is beneficial
- AR license would be beneficial
- Basic machine operating skills preferred (bobcat, excavator)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
