Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of schematics and blueprints for construction projects.
- Manage project schedules effectively through strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) for project tracking and documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Bluebeam for document management.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the construction process.
