The Drive Ahead

Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with OEM standards

Support multi-point inspections and help identify recommended services

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with technician oversight

Keep repair bays organized and tools in top shape

Work alongside Red Seal Technicians to build skills and increase your scope of work
Performance Essentials
-
Registered Apprentice Technician or intent to enroll
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to learning OEM processes

Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions

Basic familiarity with tools, mechanical systems, or repair processes
-
Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract

Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
