The Position
We are seeking a Front Desk person to be the welcoming face of Mountain Mechanical Sales & Service Ltd. in our Elkford location. This position is crucial to achieve the highest service quality. You will be greeting customers walking in, answering the phone, taking messages and payments, delivering and picking up vehicles and parts, assisting coworkers as needed. Full time hours: Monday to Friday 8am -4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with technical staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Knowledge of automotive or mechanical services is a plus.
