Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Content Production Specialist to bring our brand to life through engaging multimedia content.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality video, audio, and podcast content that showcases our products, stores, events, live shopping experiences, and growing community. From filming and editing to podcast production and short-form content creation, you'll play a key role in telling the Mintink story across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, film, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, website, retail locations, live events, and marketing campaigns.
· Produce professional audio and video podcast episodes from concept through publication.
· Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and podcast recording equipment.
· Edit long-form video and podcast content while creating engaging short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
· Capture in-store content, product features, behind-the-scenes footage, customer experiences, and special events.
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute approved content calendars and campaigns.
· Optimize content for each platform through formatting, captions, thumbnails, metadata, and publishing best practices.
· Organize and maintain digital content libraries, raw footage, and production assets.
· Continuously look for creative ways to improve content quality, audience engagement, and overall production value.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience producing and editing professional video content.
· Experience producing and editing audio and video podcasts.
· Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, or equivalent editing software.
· Experience creating engaging short-form content from long-form video or podcast content.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices.
· Portfolio demonstrating video and multimedia production experience is required.
· Experience in retail, sports, entertainment, or consumer brands is considered an asset.
Work Structure
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mintink's Vaughan headquarters. Some flexibility may be required to support live events, retail activations, podcasts, and content production schedules.
