Kitchen Operations Manager

Sweet Talk Cafe is looking for a highly organized Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and help build the systems needed to support future growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and creating efficient, scalable systems. You'll work closely with ownership to execute menu ideas while taking ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop staff
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food costing
- Improve labor efficiency and kitchen productivity
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and training systems
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Execute new menu items and seasonal features
- Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork

- Has kitchen leadership experience
- Is highly organized and systems-oriented
- Understands inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Leads by example and holds high standards
- Is comfortable making difficult decisions when necessary
- Thrives in a fast-paced quick service Cafe environment
